Goals for 2025
Goals for 2025
Creating Goals:
When you create goals, you want to look at all areas of your life:
Physical
Mental
Financial/ Career
Hobbies
Relationships
Nutrition
And Others
Setting Smart Goals for the new year can be challenging to monitor. Writing them down can be a helpful strategy. Many individuals find success by recording and reviewing their daily goals. We want to share our goal-setting journey this New Year as a reference.
Our Goals:
Kaya's Training
Join Kaya on Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube as she trains to be the top therapy dog. She will participate in the Recallers Program and Mushing Training. Discover the benefits of raw feeding and strength training to ensure she maintains peak performance while supporting her therapy career.
Outside Adventures Maximized
Watch the Wild West of Wyoming unfold as we venture year-round to bring you the sights to see. On YouTube, we will provide footage from our great explorations and feedback on how to plan your successful therapy journey outside. Engage with our blog to learn more about gear, routes, and more for a maximized adventure. We will also share the best views on our Instagram.
Financial Planning
Outside Therapy aims to become more than just a private practice. We aspire to establish a clinic that offers a new kind of therapy that effectively supports individuals in achieving their goals independently! Our first step is addressing financial planning and preparation. Follow our blog on finances as we tackle $48,000 in loans this year and embark on the journey toward expansion and economic freedom. Found only here on our blog!
Building Relationships in the Community
We believe volunteering is the most valuable use of our time. To stay accountable, we'll volunteer quarterly in the community and attend the Greater Chamber of Commerce's Red Ribbon Cuttings to connect with local businesses. We look forward to sharing our progress on Facebook and LinkedIn as we build relationships and support more people in Wyoming.
Spiritual Growth
We firmly believe that having faith in something greater than oneself is essential for embracing the moral journey of life. We offer support through Christian counseling and provide access to a new local resource: Triumphant Tradwife, a podcast. This year, we aim to delve into the entire Christian Bible as a long-term goal to deepen our understanding and better support individuals in their faith journeys.
Continuing Education
Outside Therapy aims to grow and develop as times change. In addition to therapy education, we are interested in learning about different topics, whether online on platforms like Peterson Academy or in-person events in the community, such as those in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We are also pursuing 75 Hard as a dedication to receiving the Certificate in the journey to help others create discipline in their lives.
Making SMART Goals
Be Specific: Define the goal clearly and precisely.
Make It Measurable: Include metrics to track progress.
Ensure Achievability: Set realistic goals based on available resources.
Keep It Relevant: Align goals with broader objectives.
Set a Timeline: Include a deadline to maintain urgency.
Applying SMART to Our Goals:
Kaya will learn one new module a week for 8 weeks on the Recallers Program.
We will share at least one New YouTube video showcasing our adventure monthly.
We are posting at least one blog post monthly to explain our financial planning for getting out of our 48K debt.
We attend two Chamber of Commerce Red Ribbon Cuttings monthly and volunteer in the community once a quarter.
We are reading the Bible this year and plan to learn about and educate ourselves about other books in the coming years.
We will complete 75 Hard courses this year, finish one Peterson Academy class a month, and seek free education in person at the library as often as possible.
Now WHAT?
It's beneficial to share our goals and build a support network to hold ourselves accountable. We created a 75 Hard Facebook Page for everyone who wants to do 75 Hard in Wyoming. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1120913152892230). Additionally, we’ll be posting more updates on our blog. We look forward to posting on social media to hold ourselves accountable.
