Outdoor Therapy combines movement, mindfulness, and nature-based counseling.
Sessions may take place on hiking trails or outdoor settings near Cheyenne. This approach helps clients lower stress, gain clarity, and reconnect with themselves.
It’s a private-pay service not covered by insurance.
The 12-week coaching program is designed to help clients make sustainable life changes using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles.
It includes community perks like a $500 Clean Eatz reboot box, local gym benefits (coming soon), and partnerships with trainers, dietitians, and other wellness professionals.
It’s ideal for clients who want structured accountability and lifestyle transformation.
Yes. Through a partnership with Stag and Cross Outdoors, veterans can use their Tricare insurance to participate in programs that mirror our 12-week lifestyle model. These sessions integrate therapy with community and outdoor experiences.

Insurance & Payment

Yes, Outside Therapy accepts most insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
Outdoor Therapy sessions are private pay only due to insurance coverage requirements.
We accept all major insurance carriers, EAPs, and private pay clients.
Clients may also pay by credit card or HSA/FSA card. We can verify your benefits before your first appointment.
Rates depend on the provider and service type.
Private-pay sessions typically range between $120–$200 per session, depending on specialization.
We’ll always review your options and provide transparent pricing before starting.

Appointments & Policies

Most clients begin with weekly sessions and gradually shift to biweekly as progress builds.
Your therapist will recommend a schedule based on your goals and availability.
We plan for completion from day one.
Many clients complete treatment in 15–18 sessions, though some choose to continue for maintenance or deeper work.
Your first appointment is an intake session, where we learn about your goals, history, and current challenges.
Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and values.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule sessions.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.
