Outside Therapy takes a whole-person approach to mental health care. We don’t just focus on one symptom or diagnosis — we focus on your mind, body, environment, and community.
Our team uses evidence-based treatments like CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and ERP, and blends them with lifestyle support for sleep, nutrition, relationships, and movement.
Our office is conveniently located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and we serve clients throughout the entire United States via secure virtual meetings.

Insurance & Payment

No, Outside Therapy is a coaching service that offers help across the United States. Working with our Founder, Alyse, is a Private Pay commitment. 
Private pay clients pay by credit card. 
With specialized design treatment, sessions cost $250 per hour. 

Appointments & Policies

Most clients begin with weekly sessions and gradually shift to biweekly as progress builds.
We plan for completion from day one.
Many clients complete treatment in 15–18 sessions, though some choose to continue for maintenance or deeper work.
Your first appointment is an intake session, where we learn about your goals, history, and current challenges.
Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and values.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule sessions.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.
